At Wednesday’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing for Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch, Senator Al Franken (D-Mn) expressed his concern about several decisions that favored businesses over consumers. ”This guy's supposed to be funny," Grouch was overheard saying whilst pissing in the Republican Cloak Room. "What the fuck does he know about truckers"? asked the nominee referring to questions presented by Franken regarding his position on the so called "Frozen Trucker" case:

“A trucker was stranded on the side of the road, late at night, in cold as fuck (-14' ) weather, and his trailer brakes were stuck. He called his company for help: they gave him two options. "You can either drag that shit to its destination or you can shut the fuck up and wait for help to arrive. The trucker chose neither, deciding instead to unhook the trailer, drive his truck to a gas station, have some coffee and warm his frozen ass up"

"He was obliged to take care of his trailer. It was worth a lot of money to his employers. That's the bottom line," Gorsuch muttered, "Get over it and do your job...if ya freeze, ya freeze!"
