AUTOMOTIVE NEWS: After U.S. & N. Korea Summit and Proposed Tariffs, Audi and BMW Disguise Themse

Wtf is happening?

Legacy German auto-makers are taking styling cues from the Koreans and Japanese?

I can't help to notice that the completely redesigned Audi A1 Sportback has a rather striking resemblance to the 2018 Hyundai Kona albeit with crisper creases and less body cladding but if the A1 should be offered (which I'm sure it will be) in an "Allroad" edition, well folks, we'd have identical twins. A set very much unlike the DeVito/Schwarzenegger pairing that we all have presumably flushed out of our memories of 1988 ... or rather an exact match.

BMW is abandoning its iconic kidney shaped two piece grill for a mock Kia one piece. That's like taking off a revealing two-piece bikini for a modest own-piece.

A few year back, Mercedes Benz produced an up-scale Accord coupe. Its C-pillar was just as ungainly as its Honda inspiration.

Y'all need to stop this!
